LECTURES PERIMENOPAUSE

Katarina's lectures on menopause focus on the most turbulent phase, in other words the years before menopause, meaning perimenopause. The research she has monitored for over 10 years suggests that menopause does not happen in the ovaries but in the brain. The symptoms of perimenopause can often be mistaken for exhaustion and increased knowledge can prevent exhaustion from occurring. With this increased knowledge, it is possible to reduce the sick leave rate in the workplace. Katarina's lectures are always based on the latest research in the field and on current knowledge and basic information about menopause and exhaustion.
